Our goal is to help guide people to learn about themselves, their bodies, and what nutrition looks like for THEM. (nutrition is a very individualized process) Our passion is to transform lives through nutrition tailored towards your personal goals, all while killing the idea of “dieting.” We are here to get you started and to be there to coach you through this journey! Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone who just wants to live a well balanced life; Fit2Eat is Fit4All.
Our Services
With Fit2Eat you get a free initial consultation with a certified nutrition coach. Here you will discuss your goals, fears, and the steps to get you to where you want to be. Following your consultation, you will get set up on a personalized nutrition plan with check ins twice a week with your coach. Your numbers will be adjusted as needed to keep you on track no matter if your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, or stay where you are! Your nutrition coach is also there to help you with any issues along the way. Craving an abundance of sugar on your cut? Struggling to want to eat in your bulk? Your nutrition coach is there to support you and give you advice along the way. Also check out our socials for meal ideas, food swaps, and easy high protein dessert recipes!
MEET THE TEAM
Monica is a wife and mom of 3 adult children. She has been in fitness for most of her life. Weightlifting was her first love starting at the age of 16 following an ACL injury from track and field. She fell in love with Crossfit in 2016 and was in the best shape of her life, but unfortunately was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and has to figure out how to manage life without hormones. (Hot flashes, weight gain, poor sleep, etc.) She now has a NASM, NCSF, and CF nutrition certification that was originally obtained for personal education but since has become an opportunity to help others reach their fitness and nutrition goals. This has been as rewarding and life changing for her as it has been for those who she is helping reach their goals.

Morgan started her fitness journey her junior year of high school after being introduced to Crossfit by her mom. She struggled heavily with body image and self confidence issues (as most teenagers do) and Crossfit empowered her to not just strive to be skinny, but to be strong. Regardless, there came a time where all she wanted was to lose weight and as a result found herself eating 1000-1200 calories a day and working out in any moment of spare time. This created a broken relationship with food and fitness and she found herself binging and then starving in an endless cycle. After a couple of years not tracking food at all and healing from the past, she decided she wanted to try tracking again (but this time in a healthy manner.) She started working with her mom, who is also her nutrition coach, and her view on food has been revolutionized. She is excited about food and is able to eat all of the things she enjoys while also crushing her goals inside and outside of the gym. She has energy, motivation, and most of all an incredible support system. She has never felt so free from the guilt of eating and is a testament that Fit2Eat is Fit4All.
